Tokyo 2020 will be Betsy's third Olympic Games.

Betsy is another member of the Football Ferns centurion club, known for her creativity in midfield.

The former Avondale College first XI captain has some famous clubs on her CV after spending time at English giants Manchester City, Germany's Werder Bremen, and Ajax in the Netherlands. She currently plies her trade at Stjarnan in Iceland, and is also a qualified early childhood teacher.
