Coral Headey

15-year-old Coral will be representing New Zealand in Sailing at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games. She is a student at Otumoetai College in Tauranga and is a member of the Tauranga Yacht and Power Boat Club. Coral began sailing at age seven and says that so far her sporting highlight has been her selection for the 2014 Youth Olympic Games. Coral’s role models are her Mom, Bruce Kendall and JP Tobin. Her favourite quote is, “It’s not what life throws at you, it’s how you deal with it.”
