Marcus was elected by fellow Olympic athletes to the IOC Athletes’ Commission during the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Dallas governance experience includes previous roles on the First Foundation and He Waka Tapu. He currently serves on Tainui Kāwhia Incorporation, Tātai Whetū Waitaha and is the Chair of Te Urunga Tū, the Māori Cultural partner of the NZOC.
