Biography
Hohaia hails from Opunake in Taranaki and began playing club rugby at Coastal is a child. Also a representative basketball player, Hohaia looks up to fellow Taranaki sevens player Gayle Broughton and counts the Oceania Under 18 Sevens Champs as her best sporting achievement.
"Iritana has a basketball background and that is noticeable on the field with her outstanding ball skills and footwork. She is small in stature but she is very aggressive and good in contact."
