Jesse hails originally from the Waikato but moved to the UK in 2010 to seriously pursue a career in eventing.
He was a working pupil for Andrew Nicholson, among others, before heading out on his own. He was just out of the top 10 at the Kentucky CCI5*-L in 2021 and has previously finished in the top 20 at Badminton with Cleveland.
He will ride Diachello, an 11-year-old German-bred gelding who has been with Jesse since 2018.
