Biography
Glasgow 2014 will be the first Commonwealth Games for Mitchell who will compete in the 200m freestyle, the 200m individual medley and the 4 x 200m freestyle relay. Mitchell has represented New Zealand in many international events such the 2012 US Open Championships in Indianapolis and the 2013 15th FINA World Championships in Barcelona. Mitchell recently placed 1st in 200m freestyle National Championships in April 2014.
