Diana is the current Chair of New Zealand Cricket.   Formerly a Chief Financial Officer, she has experience in the commercial sector as well as a number of sporting environments both in management and governance.  She worked on two America’s Cup campaigns in New Zealand and Europe and has held board roles on World Masters Games, Netball Northern and Auckland Football. 

Diana has previously held board roles with two NZ listed companies as well as her iwi commercial board Nati Growth Limited.  Diana is a chartered member of the NZ Institute of Directors and a chartered accountant.
