Beach volleyball women still on track

New Zealand’s women’s beach volleyball players continued on their merry way today.

Shaunna Polley and Kelsie Wills found themselves up against Vanuatu’s Linline Matauata and Miller Pata. It was a meeting of the two unbeaten teams in their pool and produced some excellent play.

Polley and Wills were a little more precise and tactically aware and won 21-17, 21-16 in 38 minutes.

The result means they move into tomorrow’s quarter-finals.
