The Kiwi team of Ellesse Andrews, Rebecca Petch and Shaane Fulton have won the silver medal in the Women's Team Sprint, narrowly edged by Great Britain who recorded a new world record in the final (45.186).
GOLD: Great Britain
SILVER: New Zealand
BRONZE: Germany
George Beamish has narrowly missed progressing to the 3000m Steeplechase final, finishing seventh in his heat with only the top five moving through.
The Kiwi team of Aaron Gate, Campbell Stewart, Keegan Hornblow, and Tom Sexton have qualified sixth overall for the First Round of the Men's Team Pursuit after a ride of 3:45.616.
Finn Butcher has paddled his way to the gold medal in the Men's Kayak Cross after an unbelievable paddle in the final, leading from start to finish.
Luuka Jones finished fifth overall after comfortably winning the small final. She earlier missed out on a chance at a medal after a penalty disqualified her in the semi final.

Another big day on the water for our Kiwi sailors.
Micah Wilkinson and Erica Dawson are third after nine races in the Mixed Multihull.
In the Kite Surfing, Lukas Walton-Keim is 15th after five races and Justina Kitchen is 16th after five races.
In the Dinghy racing, Thomas Saunders is seventh after eight races while Greta Pilkington has finished 34th overall.
Tayla Ford has been defeated 6-0 by French favourite Koumba Larrouque in the Women's Freestyle 68kg 1/8 final.
New Zealand's Sarah Tetzlaff has missed out on progressing to the Women's Speed Climbing final after being beaten in her Elimination Heat. Her best time however was an Oceania record and personal best.
BEST QUALIFYING TIME: 8.39 (PB)
Eliza McCartney, Olivia McTaggart and Imogen Ayris have all progressed to the Women's Pole Vault final after the officials were unable to split a top 12 in qualifying.
