GOLD for Ellesse Andrews on the track!

Ellesse Andrews has powered her way to the Women's Keirin gold medal, crossing the line 0.062 ahead of Hetty van de Wouw of Netherlands.

Rebecca Petch finished 12th in the Keirin in her Olympic debut.

Aaron Gate has finished fifth overall in the Men's Omnium.

Athletics: Ramsden narrowly misses 1500m final

Maia Ramsden has recorded a new national record in her Women's 1500m semi final, crossing the line eighth in a time of 4:02.20. Unfortunately she is just edged out of progressing with only the top six going through.

GOLD for Women's Kayak Four team!

The Women's Kayak Four (K4) team of Dame Lisa Carrington, Alicia Hoskin, Olivia Brett and Tara Vaughan have won the gold medal, crossing the line in 1:32.20.

The Men's K4 team of Max Brown, Grant Clancy, Kurtis Imrie and Hamish Legarth finished eighth overall in their final (1:22.19).

James Preston has finished sixth in his Men's 800m repechage, missing out on progressing to the semi finals.

Shot Put: Wesche eases into final

Maddi Wesche has qualified for the Women's Shot Put final after a big second throw, eclipsing the automatic qualifying mark of 19.15m.
