Fairweather seventh in 200m Freestyle final

Erika Fairweather has finished seventh in the Women's 200m Freestyle final with a time of 1:55.59.

Women's Rugby Sevens power into semi finals

The Women's NZ Sevens have cruised to their fourth straight win in Paris, dominating China 55-5 in the quarter finals.

New Zealand will go up against USA in the semi finals at 1.30am on Wednesday morning (NZT).

Sailing: Windsurfers in action

Josh Armit has opened his Olympic campaign strongly, finishing fourth in Race 1 of the Men's Windsurfing.

Veerle Ten Have was 23rd in Race 1 and 15th in Race Two in the Women's division.

Tennis: Sun and Routliffe defeated in first round

Lulu Sun and Erin Routliffe have been defeated 6-2 6-3 in the Women's Doubles first round at Roland Garros.

Women's Rugby Sevens: Kiwis overpower Fiji

The Women's NZ Sevens are through to the quarter-finals after beating Fiji 38-7 in their final pool match.

New Zealand led 21-0 at halftime after tries to Jorja Miller, Jazmin Felix-Hotham and Stacey Waaka.

Waaka opened the second-half scoring. Further tries came from Michaela Blyde and Manaia Nuku.

New Zealand will play China in the quarter-finals at 7am NZT.

Sailing: Men's Skiff lead the field

Isaac McHardie and Will McKenzie won back-to-back races in the Men's Skiff in Marseille to hold their overall lead, making it two wins and an eighth for the day. The NZ Men lead the overall standings on 14 points ahead of Ireland (19).

In the Women's Skiff, Jo Aleh and Molly Meech are 19th overall, after finishing eighth in Race 6, 17th in Race 5 and ninth in Race 4.

Equestrian Eventing Update

Tim Price on Falco has finished sixth in the Individual Eventing after producing two clear rounds in the jumping today.

Clarke Johnstone on Menlo Park finished 18th overall.

The event was won by Germany's Michael Jung, his third Individual Olympic Gold.

Gaze finishes sixth in Mountain Bike

Sam Gaze finishes sixth in the Mountain Bike with a time of 1:28:03.

First-time Olympians Kate Haines and Alana Sherman have placed fourth in their repechage.

Equestrian: Last day of Team Eventing to come

The Eventing Team have passed the second Horse Inspection and set for the final Jumping Test and medal deciding competitions. The Team final is up first at 9.00pm NZ time and then the top 25 Individuals will qualify a second round of Jumping to determine the Individual medals starting at 1.00am Tuesday NZ time.
