The New Zealand Olympic Committee has announced a competition for schools to design a banner for the New Zealand Olympic Team.
Students and schools can encourage our Olympic Team by designing something that shows their support and reflects why they are proud to be a New Zealander. The winning banner will be taken to London 2012 where it will be hung in the New Zealand Teams quarters in the Olympic Village.
The winning entrant will also receive a Panasonic Lumix digital camera for their school.
Entries can be from a class, group or an individual but must be sized between A1 and 2 x A1 lengths. Entries close at 5pm on Wednesday 20 June, 2012.
