New Zealanders Marcus Daniell and Michael Venus didn’t even raise a sweat advancing to the third round of the Olympic men’s doubles today. In fact, they had a walkover win over the Dutch pairing of Wesley Koolhof and Jean-Julien Roger after Roger tested positive for Covid.
Daniell and Venus now meet third seeds Juan-Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah.
