Women still unbeaten in 3x3 basketball

The New Zealand women’s 3x3 basketball team continued their good form with another  win. They remain unbeaten after three matches and are solid medal contenders.

New Zealand – Tiarna Clarke, Kalani Purcell, Jillian Harmon and Ella Foutu – beat British Virgin Islands 19-5. Harmon’s 10-point haul included two two-pointers.

Meanwhile the New Zealand men’s team – Richard Rodger, Tai Wynyard, Dominique Kelman-Poto and Jayden Bezzant – recovered from a disappointing opening day to beat Trinidad and Tobago 21-12. Wynyard scored eight points and made all three of his two-point attempts.
