Biography

Angela Walker Subramanian competed for New Zealand at the Seoul 1988 Olympic Games and the Auckland 1990 Commonwealth Games. 

Angela shone at her home Games in Auckland, winning three bronze medals (ball, ribbon and all-around) and a gold medal with a stunning performance in the rope discipline. 

In Seoul, Angela tied for 32nd place in the qualification round and did not advance to the final. 

Angela is a graduate of the New Zealand programme of the Women’s Sport Leadership Academy.
