Biography

Para athlete Barry Wynks is a double Commonwealth Games silver medallist.

Gold Coast 2018 was the third Commonwealth Games for lawn bowler Wynks after Manchester 2002 and Glasgow 2014. He brought back two silver medals back-to-back from Scotland and Australia in the B6/7/8 open triples (alongside Mark Noble and Lynda Bennett (2014)/Bruce Wakefield (2018)). 

Barry won the 2017 Manawatu Open Mixed Pairs Centre Event, his 14th title at the event.
