Finn Bilous looking for redemption in Beijing

Finn Bilous has arrived in Beijing, been named NZ Team flagbearer and is looking forward to representing New Zealand at his second Winter Olympic Games.

“It’s amazing, I didn’t really know what to expect coming into China, but I am really happy to be here, the whole setup looks amazing, and I am excited to check out the venues.”

Finn competed in Slopestyle at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games where he missed out on the final by a mere 0.8 points, so he explained how he is looking for redemption here in Beijing.

“It has been my main motivation to get back here over the past four years and been working hard to be in the position to hopefully advance through to the finals and put down the performance I have been looking for.”

Up first for Finn is the freeski Big Air qualifications on the 7th of February in Beijing, followed by the freeski Slopestyle event starting on the 14th of February at the Genting Snow Park.
