Biography

EVENTS: Athletics: Women's 5000m and 10,000m

Camille French (nee Buscomb) competed in the marathon at Paris 2024 and the 10,000m and 5,000m at Tokyo 2020.

Hamilton-based French won a 2015 World University Games 5000m silver medal and competed in both the 5000m and 10,000m at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, placing 12th and 14th, respectively.

A mother to Sienna, who was born in June 2022, she is married to New Zealand 400m hurdler and Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games representative Cameron French.
