Biography

Scott was a member of the swimming team at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, and the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. He also competed at the 1999 World Championships in Hong Kong. In 2003 at the World Student Games in Korea, he was NZ Team Captain and broke the NZ Open 100m backstroke record - finishing 5th at this prestigious international event. Scott is 11th on the short course world backstroke rankings. He is the son of national coach Jan Cameron, and is a PM scholarship holder. He attends Massey University in Albany.
