Biography

Event: Women’s Eight

Emma Dyke is a member of the women’s eight which won the silver medal at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

The eight placed second in Tokyo, behind Canada, to claim New Zealand’s first ever Olympic medal in the women’s eight.

It was Dyke’s second Olympic Games, following Rio 2016 where she was a part of the 4th place-finishing women's eight.

Dyke is also a World Champion, having been a part of the women’s eight which won gold at the 2019 World Championships.

She is originally from Mayfield, South Canterbury.
