Katie Duncan

New Zealand Olympian: 1048

Biography

Katie was involved in London 2012 as a non-playing alternate athlete. She had plenty of experience to draw upon for her proper Olympics debut at Rio 2016 after earning nearly 40 caps for her country.

The Aucklander is also no stranger to the biggest global stages, having appeared at the FIFA Women's World Cup in both 2011 and 2015.

Predominantly a midfielder, the 22-year-old has valuable versatility and is equally adept in defence. She comes from a football family with her sister and two brothers all also playing the game.
