Biography

Event: Women’s Eight

Kelsey Bevan was a member of the women’s eight which won the silver medal at the Tokyo Olympic Games.

The eight crew placed second in Tokyo, behind Canada, to claim New Zealand’s first ever Olympic medal in the event.

Bevan is also a World Champion, having been a part of the women’s eight which won gold at the 2019 World Championships.

She is originally from Auckland and relocated to Cambridge with her pug Marnie. Bevan is a qualified beautician off the water and also studies interior design.
